at last a reason to support kerry:
Over the weekend, though, a reader sent the best argument I've heard so far for putting Kerry in charge: Overnight, the press coverage would shift from negative to positive, good news from Iraq would be widely reported, misbehavior by American troops would be put in its proper context, and so on. This would, at a stroke, deprive the terrorists of their greatest asset.
"their greatest asset" being the blatantly dishonest media - the only factor that could possibly lead to the defeat of the civilised world by the barbarians: the only possibility of defeat for the west is if they lose will, something that a very large part of the media appear to work for day in day out... as the blogosphere saying goes: "they aren't against the war, they are on the other side".
